Organ Works

Reutlingen, St. Wolfgang

Orgelneubau | III/34 | 2007 | Opus 990

This is a typical instrument from the Späth firm with 34 stops spread over 3 manuals and pedal, with combined electric and mechanical stop action.
The stop-list leans clearly towards the Romantic, yet without overlooking the Classical, thereby allowing the whole organ repertoire to be realised. The foundation stops produce a great fullness of sound, underlined by the strong presence of the Positive with its mutations and sharp mixture.
The imposing effect in the church is enhanced by theexpressive wind system using a slightly raised wind pressure under full organ.
